Cougar Soccer Club offers financial assistance in the form of scholarships on an as needed basis.  The amount of a scholarship is subject to the approval of Cougar Soccer Club.  Decisions to grant scholarships are made on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Cougar Soccer Club.  Need must be demonstrated.  Please complete this online questionnaire to get the process started.  All requests and grants will be kept confidential.
