- Coed winter training sessions for boys and girls birth years 2017 (U6) to 2015 (U8)
- Program runs 8-10 weeks beginning in early January 2023
- Cost is $125 per player which includes Cougar SC Jersey
- U6 & U7 Monday from 5:30PM to 6:30 PM
- U8 Monday from 4:30PM to 5:30 PM
